White Tea is consumed all over the world and is still largely unexplored here in the West. What we do know about this beautiful tea is that it is from
young tea leaves and tea buds. The difference in these leaves is they are uncured and unoxidized. White tea is a traditionally a Chinese tea.
These leaves come from Narcissus and Chaicha bushes. Doesn't that sound cool? Remember when you were just a bud and slowly grew to a young leaf?
Well order a few ounces of this tea, steep it and sip in slowly and as the narcissus brew enters into your body, maybe you'll become a young tea bud again...it doesn't hurt to try.
